Once a wellness center and now an urgent care facility, this existing building underwent extensive structural renovation. The renovation included alteration and reinforcement of existing structural members, as well as an addition constructed on a shallow foundation system with load-bearing exterior masonry walls, and dimensional lumber framed roof with structural steel framing.
