Nearly Complete: 1 Park Row
We’re thrilled to announce that the exterior of 1 Park Row is nearing completion! Situated in Manhattan’s Financial District, this stunning building features a sleek facade with a light beige metallic finish. The team at AMAA has been dedicated to providing thorough material testing services and inspections. Our commitment ensures that every project meets code requirements while preserving the integrity of its design and construction.

Continued Work at 2976 3rd Ave Provides New Affordable Housing Within NYC
In addition to our NYCHA work, the team at AMAA is proud to contribute regularly to the creation of new affordable housing units throughout the city. It's been great working with the 2976 Third Ave Team in seeing this project come to life. This particular 12-story building is a vessel for 69 apartment complexes located in the Bronx, 21 of which are rent stabilized.

Nearly Complete: Facade Installation at 1 St. Mark’s Place
Facade installation is nearly complete at 1 St. Mark’s Place in the East Village, a new commercial office and retail building by Real Estate Equities Corporation. Morris Adjmi Architects designed this 9-story project, which features a distinctive rounded corner at the southwest and several setbacks on the west and south sides, providing space for outdoor terraces. The building’s dark tan brick from Belden Tri-State, along with its large floor-to-ceiling windows and curved glass at the southwest corner, enhance its modern and contextual design.
